Unbelievable! There’s absolutely NO customer support whatsoever. Emails go unanswered. My order hasn’t even been sent to the delivery service 10 days after I placed it. You can find all their items for way less if you just Google around...and trust me, you’ll receive way better service.

A remarkable business. During the lockdown, I placed an order for slippery elm, specifically the malted kind. Unfortunately, I received the unmalted version by mistake, likely due to their reduced staff because of Covid, and it came in multiple packs. When I reached out to them, they were super friendly and told me I could keep the unmalted if I wanted, plus they sent me the malted slippery elm at no charge. They didn’t even ask for the incorrect slippery elm back; they just rushed the right one to me. Their helpfulness and kindness really stood out. After the lockdown, I sent back the unmalted version, and they patiently waited for months without any fuss, showing nothing but respect. Sure, you might notice a slight delay with your order, but this company is absolutely legit, no doubt about it.
